PAYMENT
Accepted payment systems: Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
City of Rome tourist tax of 3.50 euros per person per night is not included in the price of the stay and must be paid upon arrival. Specific categories including children under 10 years of age and Rome residents are exempt from this payment.
Room cleaning is done daily. Should the room still be occupied, we will not be able to guarantee daily cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation is free of charge if made within 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation after this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged; the same will be done in case of "no show," that is, no-show on the day of check in.
SMOKING
NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED in all rooms and common areas of BaboonRoom (Art. 51 Law No. 3 of 16/01/03 and DCPM 23/12/03). However, guests will have a lovely space on our indoor balcony to take a moment to take a break and smoke.
DAMAGE OR THEFT
The BaboonRoom was renovated in the fall of 2019. Following our GREEN philosophy, some furnishings were recovered and we embellished the rooms with the best equipment and materials.
Any damage reported to furniture, fixtures or any equipment, including towels, paintings and ornaments, will be charged 100%.
PREVENTION AND SANITATION
The sanitation and safety measures taken by BaboonRoom aim to ensure the safety of guests and staff in full compliance with current regulations, recommendations and provisions of health authorities and tourism industry associations.
